We want to give you an opportunity to taste wonderful sushi and experience authentic Japanese cuisine that are not available at most Japanese restaurants.
Our shoyu (soy sauce) is a special house recipe by our sushi chefs. It is flavorfully lighter and less salty to better bring out the flavor of the fish.
We make our own ponzu and eel sauces from scratch.
We use high quality nori (seaweed), wasabi, and gari (ginger). Freshly grated wasabi available upon request.
Our sushi bar is made from fine hinoki (Japanese Cypress wood) found at the finest sushi bars in Japan.
Taste the difference! Most of our fish is flown in fresh packed in ice not frozen.
